Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- At least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role
- Direct experience with exposure assessment platforms or tools (CTEM, ASM, BAS)
- Proven ability to ship across both cloud and hosted deployment models
- Strong ability to write clear specs and communicate complex technical concepts
- Comfort working directly with engineering teams in an agile environment
- Track record of shipping products that move business metrics
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, FIPS140, Fedramp, CSF)
- Familiarity with integration standards (Jira, ServiceNow)
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap end-to-end across our cloud and hosted deployment models
- Work closely with engineering to scope, spec, and ship features on time
- Talk to customers regularly to understand security pain points
- Define success metrics for every major initiative and track them after launch
- Align stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Identify gaps in the market and translate them into product opportunities
- Support sales on complex enterprise deals
- Mentor and give feedback to junior PMs
