Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering role
- Salesforce testing experience and knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Proficient in QA best practices including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
- Experience using tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, or Selenium
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods and working in a sprint-based cadence
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement test plans based on project requirements and solution designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and technical scope
- Identify high-impact test cases and prioritise coverage
- Execute manual and/or automated tests across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Log, document, and track test results and defects
- Own the QA defect lifecycle: raising, triaging, and following up on defects
- Collaborate with developers to isolate problems and perform root cause analysis
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
