Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5 years' experience in sales, account management and customer service required.
- 4 years experience working with national accounts, co-ops and/or buying groups preferred.
- 2 years experience working in the building materials industry desired.
- 2 years experience leading and managing others preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM and database software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire Lowe’s business, including negotiating and maintaining buying agreements.
- Develop new business and identify opportunities to exceed sales quotas.
- Forecast sales and coordinate pricing with internal teams.
- Manage, coordinate, and analyze logistical data.
- Manage buying shows, including booth layout, staffing, and sales programs.
- Develop sales and merchandising collateral with marketing teams.
- Coordinate national accounts activities with regional managers and sales staff.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Associate National Account Managers.
- Develop and maintain planograms in conjunction with branch teams.
- Ensure customer service expectations are met or exceeded.
