Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 5 years' experience in sales, account management and customer service required.
  • 4 years experience working with national accounts, co-ops and/or buying groups preferred.
  • 2 years experience working in the building materials industry desired.
  • 2 years experience leading and managing others preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and database software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire Lowe’s business, including negotiating and maintaining buying agreements.
  • Develop new business and identify opportunities to exceed sales quotas.
  • Forecast sales and coordinate pricing with internal teams.
  • Manage, coordinate, and analyze logistical data.
  • Manage buying shows, including booth layout, staffing, and sales programs.
  • Develop sales and merchandising collateral with marketing teams.
  • Coordinate national accounts activities with regional managers and sales staff.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Associate National Account Managers.
  • Develop and maintain planograms in conjunction with branch teams.
  • Ensure customer service expectations are met or exceeded.
