- Experience designing and managing HR technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Profound knowledge of the HR tech landscape, vendors, and market dynamics.
- Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative, thought-provoking research on L&D technology and AI in HR.
- Develop new insights and actionable approaches for client needs.
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify client barriers and reframe strategic thinking.
- Track vendors and emerging technologies to predict market shifts.
- Provide individualized advice to CHROs and HR leaders via video-based consultations.
- Present at industry conferences, Gartner events, and client briefings.
- Provide sales support by serving as a voice of the market.
- Review and provide feedback on peer-generated content.
- Build credibility as an industry expert and represent Gartner methodology.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
