  • Profound knowledge of the HR tech landscape, vendors, and market dynamics.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative, thought-provoking research on L&D technology and AI in HR.
  • Develop new insights and actionable approaches for client needs.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify client barriers and reframe strategic thinking.
  • Track vendors and emerging technologies to predict market shifts.
  • Provide individualized advice to CHROs and HR leaders via video-based consultations.
  • Present at industry conferences, Gartner events, and client briefings.
  • Provide sales support by serving as a voice of the market.
  • Review and provide feedback on peer-generated content.
  • Build credibility as an industry expert and represent Gartner methodology.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.
