- Experience in performance optimization for reports.
- Experience in dashboard UX/UI design.
- Experience with large datasets and complex analytical models.
- Strong soft skills: proactive, logical thinking, attention to detail, autonomy, and excellent communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, KPIs, and analytical objectives.
- Design efficient data models, datasets, and visualization guidelines aligned with best practices.
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI prioritizing usability, design, and performance.
- Build solutions using DAX for advanced metrics and Power Query for data transformation processes.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through functional testing, user validation, and consistency checks.
- Optimize existing models and reports to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose optimization initiatives.
- Define standards and best practices for BI development.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to team members.
