Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analyst on ecommerce/experience projects.
- Proven experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
- Ability to run workshops with client stakeholders.
- Experience of Agile software delivery.
- Proficiency in Business Process mapping and engineering.
- Experience in analysis and design of systems (package integration and bespoke development).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Strong problem solving, time management and organisational skills.
- Availability until 18:00 PL time.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Plan, run, and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend technical and business solutions.
- Collaborate with scrum/delivery teams through project go-live.
- Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
- Provide estimates for analysis work and project planning.
- Communicate across technical and business teams.
- Provide training to users of new systems.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and stakeholder management.
