Requirements

- Strong technical fluency with LLMs, embeddings, and RAG.
- Ability to engage in technical design sessions with engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to debug, problem‑solve, and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort with quick pivots.
- Attention to detail and experience shipping high‑quality, production‑ready systems.
Responsibilities
- Translate cutting‑edge AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) into production‑ready workflows.
- Sit with engineers and data scientists during debug sessions, design reviews, and brainstorming to drive clarity and unblock progress.
- Ensure product quality and performance by focusing on details from model evaluation metrics to API contracts.
- Prioritize roadmap balancing user value, technical feasibility, and time‑to‑market.
- Define, scope, and ship features end‑to‑end in tight iterations.
- Partner with Customer Success to understand user interactions and improve platform workflows.
- Translate messy customer workflows into elegant technical solutions.
