Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, with a strong focus on Web applications.
- Strong understanding of QA fundamentals including test planning, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing, and bug reporting.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, or similar bug tracking/project management systems.
- Experience using browser developer tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the SIMBA Team.
- Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices.
- Identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects.
- Maintain clear and organized QA documentation.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support for issue triage.
- Participate in Agile workflows including daily standups and sprint planning.
- Execute regression testing and release validation.
- Continuously identify ways to improve manual QA processes.
