Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial Ruby on Rails experience
- Solid React experience (components, state management, API integration)
- Strong experience building production APIs and backend systems
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases
- Experience with RSpec and automated testing
- Experience with AWS and/or Heroku
- Understanding of scalable and distributed systems
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Strong communication skills in English and Polish (minimum B2+ level)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend features and APIs using Ruby on Rails
- Contribute to frontend development in React
- Build scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop reusable frontend components and maintain UI architecture
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams
- Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability
- Write clean, production-grade code with unit, integration, and E2E tests
- Review code and support technical decision-making
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Participate in agile delivery and support mentorship
