Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React.
- Experience with HTML/CSS/UI libraries.
- Proven ownership of growth metrics (activation, retention, or revenue) in a SaaS context.
- Experience shipping experiments from hypothesis to decision.
- Product-minded approach with ability to work without a PM.
- Data fluency (querying data and making decisions from user behavior).
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to iterate quickly.
Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain growth-critical features like signup, onboarding, and admin dashboards.
- Design, build, and A/B test new features to increase conversion and retention.
- Optimize growth systems such as in-app messaging, billing, and email orchestration.
- Drive measurable business outcomes (ARR, retention, growth KPIs).
- Track performance and ship iteratively based on data.
