Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in podcast production, content marketing, or YouTube channel management.
- Proven success in growing an audience on YouTube and/or podcast platforms.
- Experience with content optimization, SEO, analytics, and monetization strategy.
- Deep experience using CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of podcast publishing platforms, YouTube Studio, and social media ecosystems.
- Strong design and visual storytelling instincts.
- Hands-on familiarity in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in or supporting a SaaS or tech-driven business preferred.
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision, editorial calendar, and performance goals for a YouTube channel and companion podcast.
- Manage a robust podcast guest pipeline by identifying high-impact voices and overseeing outreach.
- Oversee the video production process end-to-end, working with editors and freelance creatives.
- Build and execute advanced distribution strategies across YouTube, Apple, Spotify, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
- Analyze audience insights and channel performance using YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and drive conversions.
- Mentor junior content creators and production assistants.
- Manage social media strategies and community building across multiple platforms.
- Oversee editorial output on WordPress and newsletter tools ensuring SEO value.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage workflows and campaign attribution.
