Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in software/SaaS companies.
- Experience launching and iterating on B2B products.
- Domain expertise in Ecommerce platforms, Accounting/Financial software, or CRM systems.
- Fluency with AI tools in the product development process.
- Proficiency with product management tools like JIRA, Figma, and Amplitude.
- Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Write comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs).
- Partner with engineering leads to scope features and assess technical feasibility.
- Work closely with designers to create intuitive user experiences.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Track feature adoption and success metrics to drive product improvements.
- Present product strategy and updates to executive leadership.
