- High School diploma or GED.
- At least two years working with FHA loans plus one year of customer service/contact center background, or three years of loan origination experience.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and search tools.
- Excellent time management and dependability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance.
- Contact Center experience (preferred).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails regarding FHA guidelines.
- Use knowledge of the mortgage industry to locate answers in a knowledge database.
- Follow standard operating procedures for various systems and contact channels.
- Document all contacts in a database.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
