Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality control or inspection
Experience with CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, and 3D printing
Experience reviewing FAI reports and Material Test Certificates (MTCs)
Understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications
Knowledge of quality compliance standards (ASM, ASTM, SAE/AMS, ISO)
Attention to detail and visual inspection capability
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Fluent in English
Ability to work US business hours

Responsibilities

Review engineering documentation, inspection reports, part photographs, and First Article Inspection (FAI) records
Approve or reject parts by ensuring adherence to customer requirements and standards
Validate Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and compliance documents
Record non-conformances and communicate rejection reasons
Coordinate with manufacturing partners to resolve quality issues
Support on-time delivery performance within strict operational deadlines
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
