Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in analytics engineering, data science, or applied AI.
- 2+ years of domain expertise in advertising, retail, or e-commerce analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Proficiency in dbt and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Experience designing and orchestrating data pipelines using dbt and Airflow.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mode, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of ad performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV, pacing, auction dynamics, and incrementality.
- Proven ability to design offline/online evaluations, run A/B tests, and deliver production AI or analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of ML concepts for bid, keyword, and budget recommendations.
- Experience with human-in-the-loop QA and evaluation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Define ontologies, metrics, and data structures for campaigns, budgets, bids, creatives, audiences, and placements.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, dbt models, and curated marts in Snowflake or similar platforms, ensuring clear data contracts, quality tests, and SLOs.
- Ingest, enrich, and publish unstructured advertising content, creating retrieval-ready datasets for AI agents.
- Design, evaluate, and iterate on retrieval workflows, agent reasoning, and human-in-the-loop processes to optimize ad recommendations.
- Establish evaluation frameworks to measure precision, recall, latency, calibration, hallucination rates, and cost-effectiveness.
- Run A/B and uplift experiments to quantify performance improvements and guide ongoing optimization.
- Translate complex advertising problems into actionable agent behaviors and track KPIs such as ROAS lift, pacing accuracy, and forecast precision.
