Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 10+ years of general programming/custom coding experience.
- Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications.
- Hands-on experience in LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce, SLDS, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative platform tools.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Tableau CRM development, integrations, and data migrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, and development best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, GitHub, VS Code, and SFDX.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery), and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and declarative tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
- Oversee the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce platforms including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations with external systems.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and highlight dependencies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure Salesforce best practices and organizational standards are followed.
- Manage the full development lifecycle, including testing, troubleshooting, and deployment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain and document technical processes, coding standards, and system policies to ensure long-term maintainability and compliance.
