Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud and loyalty program design.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, integrations, and Salesforce customization.
- Proven experience managing technical design, development lifecycle, deployment, and release management processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data migration strategies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with clients in consulting-driven environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to deliver technical guidance effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and define loyalty program requirements.
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions tailored to client needs and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and integrations.
- Integrate Salesforce Loyalty Cloud with Salesforce products and third-party systems to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.
- Lead technical design, development lifecycle activities, deployment processes, and ongoing platform enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and functional specifications.
- Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity during implementations and system upgrades.
- Provide guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations to clients and internal teams regarding Salesforce Loyalty Cloud capabilities.
