Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Salesforce technologies, with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ implementations.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level Salesforce CPQ projects and quote-to-cash transformation programs.
  • Mandatory Salesforce CPQ Certification.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ custom scripts, multi-dimensional quoting, advanced approvals, quote templates, contracts, and renewals.
  • Experience with Salesforce Platform development, including Apex and Flow Automation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and client-facing abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced remote environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and solution quality.
  • Experience working in agile delivery models and collaborative project environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation projects supporting quote-to-cash transformation programs.
  • Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to complex business and operational requirements.
  • Implement and manage advanced Salesforce CPQ functionalities including custom scripts, multi-dimensional quoting, advanced approvals, quote templates, contracts, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, developers, and business teams to define technical requirements and solution strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality solution delivery and best practices adoption.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce platform components using Apex and Flow Automation where required.
  • Conduct solution reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and optimization to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing, technical growth, and team development initiatives.
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and clients to manage expectations, timelines, and project deliverables effectively.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing implementation methodologies and delivery standards.
