Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical IT support, systems engineering, or product support roles
- 2+ years of scripting experience in languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar
- Strong experience with at least two operating systems among Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, DNS
- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL-based systems
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies including ESXi, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, VMware, or Parallels
- Ability to use command-line tools and system-level utilities
- Experience analyzing logs and identifying root causes
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features across a large-scale SaaS endpoint management platform
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing to ensure high-quality releases across multiple operating systems
- Analyze logs, troubleshoot defects, and document issues clearly for development teams to resolve efficiently
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and IT operations teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Provide feedback on usability, system behavior, and performance to improve product functionality
- Recommend improvements to QA methodologies, automation approaches, and testing tools
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to scaling QA practices
