Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and administering ServiceNow Security Operations modules, particularly Vulnerability Response (VR).
- 2+ years of experience designing and managing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server architectures.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and data import/export mechanisms.
- Solid understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle, risk assessment methodologies, and enterprise cybersecurity tools.
- Experience working with security frameworks and vulnerability scoring standards such as CVSS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working effectively in remote, distributed, and collaborative team environments.
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality implementations independently.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Vulnerability Response modules to support enterprise vulnerability management processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, and SCCM using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for vulnerability ingestion, normalization, and export using ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and orchestration capabilities.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT operations, and compliance teams to define workflows for vulnerability triage, remediation tracking, assignment, and reporting.
- Ensure vulnerability management processes align with security frameworks, CVE/CWE standards, and risk scoring models such as CVSS.
- Translate technical and functional requirements into clear documentation and communicate progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of vulnerability response processes through automation, workflow optimization, and platform enhancements.
