Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years in an Engineering Manager or Team Lead role
- Strong technical expertise in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript
- Deep understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts (OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC/ABAC, MFA)
- Experience designing and operating governance systems (rate limiting, quotas)
- Solid knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure and DevOps (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team responsible for core access and control capabilities
- Drive the architectural direction, scalability, reliability, and long-term technical health of foundational platform services
- Contribute hands-on to system design, code reviews, and technical problem-solving
- Establish clear priorities, ensure predictable execution, and monitor measurable outcomes
- Collaborate closely with product, security, and engineering stakeholders
- Promote engineering excellence by improving development processes and quality standards
- Recruit, coach, and support engineers
