Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data-related fields, or equivalent experience
Around 4 years of experience in data-related roles using agile methodologies
Strong experience in data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) for relational and multidimensional systems
Hands-on experience administering DBMS such as PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and MongoDB
Knowledge of data architecture components such as Elasticsearch, Hadoop, and Kafka
Experience with backup strategies, including PITR (Point-in-Time Recovery)
Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, APIs, and data programming
Experience implementing database security protocols and performance tuning
Knowledge of version control for scripts and data-related development artifacts
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex environments

Implement security routines and protocols across database environments, ensuring compliance and data protection
Define and promote best practices for data administration within the organization
Build and maintain data pipelines from multiple sources into data lakes using tools such as Python, Apache Airflow, and Data Factory
Support, monitor, and optimize data platforms to ensure availability and performance
Install, configure, maintain, and update DBMS systems and related administrative interfaces
Ensure database integrity, backup consistency (including PITR processes), and high availability standards
Monitor performance and tune databases to optimize efficiency and scalability
Manage access controls and contribute to information security and risk mitigation
Conduct routine capacity planning and environment health checks
