Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
- Experience with payroll and HR management software.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of CI tools such as Jenkins.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, specify, execute, and monitor functional, regression, exploratory, and non-functional tests.
- Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria for payroll and HR systems.
- Support testing strategy definition for new features and releases.
- Maintain and review test cases and QA documentation.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot failures.
- Generate reports on test coverage, defects, and quality indicators.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify process improvements.
