Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, or alliances within cybersecurity or enterprise technology sectors.
- Proven experience working with GSIs, MSPs, MSSPs, or large enterprise solution providers in revenue-focused environments.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as MDR, EDR/XDR, identity security, and cloud security solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams within global or matrixed organizations.
- Ability to introduce structure, accountability, and prioritization in fast-evolving business environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive audiences.
- Strong operational and strategic planning capabilities with experience managing pipeline and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or additional certifications considered a plus.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and remain highly engaged in partner execution activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the GSI partner strategy, aligning initiatives with broader channel and service provider business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key GSI stakeholders, serving as the primary point of coordination and escalation.
- Develop focused go-to-market plans with strategic partners to drive pipeline growth, revenue generation, and service adoption.
- Establish operational frameworks for partner planning, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, MSP teams, and field organizations to ensure alignment and maximize partner impact.
- Coordinate partner enablement initiatives, including certifications, training, and readiness programs to improve solution delivery capabilities.
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to support integrated service offerings and market expansion efforts.
- Monitor and report on partner performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
