Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned revenue targets and service level expectations consistently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive upselling and retention.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to support customer needs and improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and update CRM systems with detailed notes and activities.
