Requirements

- Demonstrated exposure to AI or machine learning products.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and agent-based systems.
- Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, system design, and scalable backend platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Demonstrated experience in experimentation-driven decision making.
- Track record of delivering high-impact, production-grade products.
- Strong systems thinking and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end strategy for agentic AI products.
- Lead product development for LLM- and agent-powered systems.
- Define and optimize prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
- Partner with engineering and AI teams to design system architecture, APIs, and internal tooling.
- Build experimentation frameworks to improve model quality and customer satisfaction.
- Establish AI product standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with external AI partners to integrate model capabilities.
