Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or related functions.
  • Prior experience within healthcare environments such as health insurance, healthcare systems, or healthcare consulting.
  • 4+ years of experience leading product, program, or operational initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-wide projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and process optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with technology and product teams to develop scalable operational solutions.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare and provider ecosystem dynamics is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree, PMP certification, or program management certifications are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives focused on improving provider experience, operational performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage complex programs and enterprise-level projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with timelines, objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyze operational data, identify trends and root causes, and implement solutions that drive measurable improvements in performance and efficiency.
  • Build and optimize workflows, processes, and operating models to support scalable provider-focused programs and initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership, product, operations, and technology teams to align priorities, improve execution, and support organizational goals.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, consensus-building, and communication across multiple departments and leadership levels.
  • Mentor and support team members when applicable, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and organizational standards across all initiatives.
