Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with a strong focus on media buying and paid advertising.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns at scale.
- Proven track record managing high-volume campaigns, large advertising budgets, and complex targeting strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
- Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and transform insights into actionable optimization strategies.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to testing new ideas and improving campaign KPIs.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Gemini, Sora, or similar platforms is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital advertising platforms to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
- Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign structures to achieve acquisition goals efficiently.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing KPIs and identifying optimization opportunities to improve results and scalability.
- Conduct testing of creatives, targeting strategies, funnels, and campaign structures to continuously improve performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Contribute to AI-assisted creative development and testing initiatives for advertising campaigns and client acquisition strategies.
- Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and innovative growth strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare performance insights, reports, and recommendations based on data analysis and marketing trends.
