Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in structural engineering, steel fabrication, detailing, or construction-related technical roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Tekla Structures, Tekla PowerFab, or similar AECO solutions (e.g., Strumis, Fabtrol).
  • Strong understanding of fabrication workflows, production processes, or construction project execution.
  • Experience in client-facing technical roles such as support, implementation, consulting, or training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent Portuguese and professional English (B2 level or higher).
  • Willingness to travel nationally (approximately 50%).

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, implementation guidance, and customer success assistance for AECO digital solutions.
  • Act as a technical reference point for clients using Tekla PowerFab and Trimble Construction One solutions.
  • Support customers in troubleshooting technical and operational issues.
  • Collaborate with internal support, engineering, and product teams to resolve complex technical cases.
  • Contribute to training sessions, documentation, and best practices.
  • Assist with pre-sales activities including technical demos, workshops, and discovery sessions.
  • Participate in client visits and industry events.
