Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate travel counseling or business travel services.
- Strong expertise with Sabre or Amadeus GDS platforms.
- Solid understanding of the corporate travel industry and international travel coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-service mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple arrangements under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational setting, including afternoon or evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate domestic and international corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rail, and ground transportation.
- Provide consultative travel support by researching options, anticipating traveler needs, and recommending additional services.
- Ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies, supplier guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication and handling of travel disruptions.
- Utilize Sabre or Amadeus GDS to create accurate and efficient travel itineraries.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality and share best practices.
- Resolve travel-related issues independently and efficiently.
