  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational setting, including afternoon or evening shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate domestic and international corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rail, and ground transportation.
  • Provide consultative travel support by researching options, anticipating traveler needs, and recommending additional services.
  • Ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies, supplier guidelines, and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication and handling of travel disruptions.
  • Utilize Sabre or Amadeus GDS to create accurate and efficient travel itineraries.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality and share best practices.
  • Resolve travel-related issues independently and efficiently.
