Requirements
- Degree in economics, nutritional sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Multiple years of professional experience in product management, quality management, or project management, ideally in the food or supplements industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong team player with open, clear, and goal-oriented communication skills.
- Independent, structured, agile, and dynamic working style.
- Negotiation-level proficiency in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative product ideas and concepts with developers, scientists, and medical professionals.
- Coordinate the entire product development process from initial idea to launch and beyond.
- Create precise and structured product briefings for graphics and marketing departments.
- Manage end-to-end planning, prioritization, and advancement of cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure information flow across B2C and B2B channels.
- Analyze market trends and define product USPs in coordination with marketing.
- Create and manage product label data in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
