Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 14 - 18 years of experience
- 10 years in the field of Facilities Management
- Facilities related certification is an added advantage
- Fundamental knowledge of building infrastructure maintenance and repair
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
- Safety and Security related audit experience
- Experience developing and managing budgets with strong financial skills
- Proven ability of project and program management at scale
- Good working knowledge of applicable building regulations and codes
- Ability to read and review legal documents and contracts
- Ability to read construction documents
Responsibilities
- Lead Facilities & Security Management team, coordinate and direct all activities
- Responsible for the development in execution of capital construction projects and budgets
- Develop and enforce Global Facilities and Security Policies and Protocols
- Drive Corporate and Regulatory audit compliances
- Establish contracts and standardize vendors pertaining to Facilities function
- Provide annual and long-range planning for Corporate facilities
- Responsible for the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety Programs
- Manage, develop and motivate a team of full-time employees and contractors
- Lead the strategic planning, selection and design of new space
- Negotiate contracts/bids for service agreements and operational projects
