Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 14 - 18 years of experience
  • 10 years in the field of Facilities Management
  • Facilities related certification is an added advantage
  • Fundamental knowledge of building infrastructure maintenance and repair
  • Understanding of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
  • Safety and Security related audit experience
  • Experience developing and managing budgets with strong financial skills
  • Proven ability of project and program management at scale
  • Good working knowledge of applicable building regulations and codes
  • Ability to read and review legal documents and contracts
  • Ability to read construction documents

Responsibilities

  • Lead Facilities & Security Management team, coordinate and direct all activities
  • Responsible for the development in execution of capital construction projects and budgets
  • Develop and enforce Global Facilities and Security Policies and Protocols
  • Drive Corporate and Regulatory audit compliances
  • Establish contracts and standardize vendors pertaining to Facilities function
  • Provide annual and long-range planning for Corporate facilities
  • Responsible for the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety Programs
  • Manage, develop and motivate a team of full-time employees and contractors
  • Lead the strategic planning, selection and design of new space
  • Negotiate contracts/bids for service agreements and operational projects
