Requirements

  • Proficiency with video, audio, and photo formats, including file conversions and compression techniques.
  • Familiarity with camera operations and video editing software (Adobe Premiere or equivalent is a plus).
  • Experience using communication and remote support tools such as Slack, TeamViewer, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving media equipment or software issues.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection to support frequent file transfers and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the ingestion, validation, and organization of video and photo content from events, ensuring all media meets quality specifications.
  • Perform quality assurance checks, including verifying video codecs, bitrates, and compression standards.
  • Provide real-time technical support to remote field staff, troubleshooting software and equipment issues via communication and remote access tools.
  • Monitor live streams and media uploads to ensure timely delivery and smooth playback.
  • Maintain accurate data management processes, including file transfers, FTP uploads, and database integrity checks.
