Requirements

  • Board-certified or -eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist.
  • Active medical license in at least one US state.
  • Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype).
  • Demonstrated family engagement skills.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
  • Commitment to and familiarity with JCAHO guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate accurate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each developmental stage.
  • Utilize proven therapeutic techniques and medication management strategies to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
  • Foster a collaborative treatment environment, educating families on mental health issues and involving them in care planning.
  • Conduct virtual psychiatric sessions, ensuring a high-quality and supportive experience.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and provide consultative support to other team members.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
