Requirements
- Board-certified or -eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
- Active license in at least one state
- Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy) preferred
- Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.)
- Demonstrated family engagement skills and experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults
- Commitment to and familiarity with JCAHO guidelines
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate accurate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each developmental stage.
- Utilize proven therapeutic techniques and medication management strategies to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
- Foster a collaborative treatment environment, educating families on mental health issues and involving them in care planning.
- Conduct virtual psychiatric sessions, ensuring a high-quality and supportive experience.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contribute to collaborative care planning, and provide consultative support to other team members.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards and commit to ethical, patient-centered care practices.
