Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering in test (SET/SDET) or similar roles.
- Significant experience designing and building scalable test infrastructure or developer tooling.
- Strong software engineering background with expertise in platform engineering or automation frameworks.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD practices, quality gates, and release governance.
- Proven ability to define engineering standards and testing contracts across teams.
- Experience designing testing strategies across distributed systems.
- Strong architectural judgment and outcome-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical direction of the quality platform and testing strategy.
- Shape how automated testing, CI/CD quality gates, contract validation, and quality intelligence operate.
- Partner with Head of Quality and engineering teams to embed quality into the development lifecycle.
- Establish quality architecture and validation frameworks for AI-assisted and spec-driven development.
- Define engineering standards and integration patterns to enable consistency and scalability.
