Requirements
- 3–7+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, DaaS or software products
- Experience owning a product roadmap or product area end-to-end
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams
- Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints and business priorities
- Experience using product analytics and customer feedback in decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional level of English
Responsibilities
- Own selected product areas from discovery to delivery and ongoing optimization
- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities and success metrics
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage trends and market insights
- Identify product gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Write product requirements, epics and user stories
- Work closely with engineering teams on scope, trade-offs and delivery planning
- Support go-to-market activities together with product marketing and customer-facing teams
- Monitor KPIs related to adoption, retention, engagement and business impact
- Drive product improvements based on customer and business feedback
- Communicate product direction, roadmap updates and priorities to stakeholders
