Requirements
- Proven commercial experience with Claude Code.
- Proven track record of leveraging AI to improve testing processes.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Python-based test automation framework development.
- Senior-level QA mindset with extensive experience in independent test automation.
- Strong, hands-on programming experience with Python.
- Practical experience in test automation using pytest and Selenium WebDriver.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining automated testing frameworks from scratch.
- Understanding of web application architecture and networking/infrastructure concepts (nice to have).
- Experience with integration and API testing (nice to have).
- Agile/Scrum familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Design cutting-edge automated testing solutions and integrate AI-driven tools.
- Optimize and modernize existing QA workflows using Claude Code.
- Evolve automation frameworks to drive engineering velocity.
- Develop and maintain advanced test automation frameworks using Python.
- Create stable, efficient end-to-end (E2E) and integration automated tests.
- Work closely with developers in an Agile/DevOps environment.
- Identify, reproduce, isolate, and report defects.
