Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within product or business decision support.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and pipeline automation.
- Strong Python skills for analytical workflows.
- Expert-level experimentation skills, including A/B testing and causal inference fundamentals.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into structured analysis and deliver clear recommendations.
- Extensive experience in KPI definition, validation, and governance.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Communicative and collaborative mindset with experience preparing executive-ready data stories.
- Good command of English.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert analytical leadership for strategic product questions within the ML scoring and sponsored offers domain.
- Transform complex product hypotheses into structured analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a decision-quality analytics layer to improve product prioritization, experiment reliability, and KPI management.
- Design and execute advanced A/B tests, analyzing results to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine hypotheses, deliver decision memos, and craft compelling data storytelling for executive audiences.
- Optimize high-scale SQL queries and automate metric pipelines in BigQuery to ensure timely deliverables.
- Utilize Python for reproducible data analysis workflows, keeping practices version-controlled.
- Validate and govern product KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
