Requirements
- Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services.
- 5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually.
- Experience in project or account management.
- Experience with brands importing from China.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to engage confidently with client leaders from C-level executives to support teams.
- Strong independent and team management skills.
- Exceptional writing, phone, and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assess full GMV potential of brands and build competitive fulfillment contract models.
- Translate long-term brand goals into clear, actionable steps.
- Monitor performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and sales.
- Forge relationships with business leaders at all levels and lead brand communications.
- Deliver insightful brand reporting with actionable recommendations.
- Lead calls and track questions to drive results.
- Complete weekly business reviews to identify gaps.
