- 4+ years of experience building digital products.
- Experience in UX or product design.
- Track record of shipping and iterating on customer-facing products.
- Proven experience working closely with engineering in agile or lean teams.
- Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, and usability.
- Ability to operate with limited structure and high ambiguity.
- Clear communication skills and strong product judgment.
- Bias toward execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end experience for key product areas.
- Ship 2-3 meaningful product improvements from discovery to launch.
- Embed user research and usability testing into product decisions.
- Establish strong working cadences with engineering teams.
- Raise product quality standards by reducing UX regressions and improving flow clarity.
- Collaborate across product management and design functions.
