- At least one year’s experience in a Call Centre role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other applicable computer programs
- High school diploma (College preferred)
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Receive and place customer service telephone calls, complete web forms and respond to emails
- Enter and process orders for new and existing customers
- Investigate issues and resolve customer complaints
- Update and manage customer databases
- Actively promote Terminix products and services
- Monitor the route and status of field technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
- Relay work orders, messages, and information to and from technicians and field management
- Adhere to a philosophy of service excellence and business processes
- Provide an outstanding customer experience to all customers
