  • At least one year’s experience in a Call Centre role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other applicable computer programs
  • High school diploma (College preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Receive and place customer service telephone calls, complete web forms and respond to emails
  • Enter and process orders for new and existing customers
  • Investigate issues and resolve customer complaints
  • Update and manage customer databases
  • Actively promote Terminix products and services
  • Monitor the route and status of field technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
  • Relay work orders, messages, and information to and from technicians and field management
  • Adhere to a philosophy of service excellence and business processes
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience to all customers
