Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, IT or similar technical field
  • 3-5 years of experience in support, customer success, or training
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of healthcare information systems
  • Ability to work remotely with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical & engineering support to clinicians and Biomedical IT staff
  • Resolve customer queries related to the Somnoware Platform
  • Perform remote off-site installation and incident troubleshooting
  • Investigate software errors, perform upgrades, maintenance, and testing
  • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Create user guides and internal documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Occasionally involve in formal training for junior staff
