Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, IT or similar technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in support, customer success, or training
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems
- Ability to work remotely with limited supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide technical & engineering support to clinicians and Biomedical IT staff
- Resolve customer queries related to the Somnoware Platform
- Perform remote off-site installation and incident troubleshooting
- Investigate software errors, perform upgrades, maintenance, and testing
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Create user guides and internal documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Occasionally involve in formal training for junior staff
