Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of systems development experience.
- Strong expertise in React (preferably Class Components) and Redux.
- Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with SQL Server 2016+.
- 1-2 years of experience supervising and/or mentoring others.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, App Registrations, File Storage).
- Experience with build/release pipelines and YAML-based configurations.
- Experience implementing authentication with MSAL and/or Okta.
- Strong communication skills and strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development initiatives and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Contribute to long-term architecture, system reliability, and overall technical strategy.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web and software applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.
- Implement and support authentication workflows (MSAL, Okta).
- Support and troubleshoot build, release, deployment, and production processes.
- Mentor and manage developers and/or QA team members, including code reviews and task guidance.
- Ensure technical quality and guide teams toward high performance.
- Collaborate across engineering and business groups to solve problems and deliver key projects.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely, stable delivery across cloud environments, including Azure App Services.
