- Experience improving productivity for a 50+ person development team.
- Strong background in build, test, and deploy process improvements.
- Strong computer science and development fundamentals.
- Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Python.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to drive framework-level improvements across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the build, test, and deploy processes for the software.
- Detangle build/test/deploy patterns in the monorepo to improve speed.
- Investigate and implement tooling like TurboRepo.
- Improve test coverage visibility and support a matrix of data sources and destinations.
- Support multi-region and multi-cloud backend infrastructure.
- Catch issues before production and improve incident response.
- Write and deliver feature code to maintain developer flow empathy.
