Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
- CPA designation is required.
- Advanced financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency with FP&A tools, specifically Planful.
- Proficiency with accounting software, specifically Xero.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect operational activities to financial outcomes.
- Exceptional ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear narratives.
- Comfort navigating scaling company ambiguity.
- Proactive approach to automating workflows and building AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
- Track and analyze critical SaaS metrics including Margins, NDR, LTV:CAC, R&D utilization, Product ROI, and Rule of 40.
- Administer and evolve FP&A platform (Planful), scenario planning, and reporting.
- Act as a financial advisor to department heads.
- Deliver monthly board-ready reporting packages.
- Support the Sales team with data-driven pricing and contract term recommendations.
- Monitor hosting costs and gross margins for cost optimization.
- Support investor relations, fundraising, and M&A activities.
