- Corporate income tax knowledge (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Draft quarterly and year-end financial statements and MD&A.
- Build consolidation and foreign-currency translation models.
- Deliver balance-sheet and P&L analyses.
- Produce monthly variance reports against forecasts and annual plans.
- Guide annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Perform special-project bookkeeping or period-end close entries.
- Design year-end audit plans and quarterback conversations with external auditors.
- Address technical accounting issues and disclosures.
- Ensure continuous regulatory compliance for filings on SEDAR+ or EDGAR.
