Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 1 year shipping AI/ML or LLM-based features to production
- Strong Python skills
- Comfort with at least one of TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Java
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
- Experience with data engineering tooling such as dbt, Airflow, Dagster, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks
- Knowledge of RAG patterns, embedding models, and vector stores
- Solid grasp of one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience writing tests and managing observability
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data infrastructure for AI-powered applications
- Implement end-to-end data pipelines for RAG including ingestion and vector store management
- Write evaluation suites and guardrails to measure system quality, safety, cost, and latency
- Integrate AI components into client systems via APIs and cloud services
- Build production-grade applications on top of LLMs including agents and copilots
- Develop agentic workflows using frameworks like Claude Agent SDK or LangGraph
- Run rapid prototyping sprints with clients
- Document architectures and contribute to internal AI accelerators
