Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 1 year shipping AI/ML or LLM-based features to production.
- Strong Python skills.
- Comfort with at least one of TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock).
- Background with data engineering tools like dbt, Airflow, or Databricks.
- Working knowledge of RAG patterns and vector stores.
- Solid grasp of one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience writing tests and instrumenting code for observability.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines for AI-powered applications.
- Implement end-to-end data pipelines for RAG.
- Write evaluation suites and guardrails to measure quality, safety, cost, and latency.
- Integrate AI components into existing client systems via REST/GraphQL APIs and cloud-native services.
- Build production-grade applications on top of LLMs.
- Develop agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph or Claude Agent SDK.
- Run rapid prototyping sprints with clients.
- Document architectures and contribute to internal AI reference implementations.
