Requirements
- 5+ years of mobile engineering experience, iOS primary
- Experience in a growth, product, or experimentation-heavy environment
- Strong technical trade-off negotiation skills
- Product instinct to contribute to the experience and curation process
- Comfortable with intentional ambiguity
- Android experience or full-stack comfort is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own mobile features and experiments end-to-end
- Build, ship, and iterate on product features
- Work on LLM-enabled features in our mobile product surface
- Improve engagement, response quality, and re-engagement flows
- Work closely with PMs to shape early product ideas
- Instrument experiments and analyze engagement patterns
- Collaborate across functions with PMs, designers, data science, and backend engineers
- Shape the product roadmap
